Helen Wilson, Director, highlighted the importance of ongoing support beyond installation:
“After-sales is so important. With the weather conditions becoming more extreme, issues are occasionally arising, but we try to make sure customers are looked after, and evolve new methods to counteract any issues. We recommend methods to keep the buildings looking as good as new, although they are not required for longevity, just aesthetics.”
Discussing current trends within the market, Helen also explained how the role of outdoor buildings has continued to expand:
“The biggest growth area we have seen has been the demand for home working buildings and versatile outdoor rooms. Customers are looking to create additional space, whether that’s a dedicated office, games room, garden bar or home gym. These solutions often provide a more affordable and straightforward alternative to moving house. We are also seeing increasing interest from small businesses, with customers using our buildings as spaces for nail salons, treatment rooms and other professional services.”
To support this growing demand, Warwick Buildings has invested in an indoor showroom, furnishing its display buildings to help customers visualise how these spaces can be used. This investment has delivered significant benefits over recent years, allowing customers to experience the quality and versatility of the company’s solutions first-hand.
