Bright Ideas Consulting and Development is delighted to announce the immanent completion of a brilliant new scheme in Sunderland. Taking a tired old Public house and turning it into an 8 unit supported housing scheme, we have shown that but working with trusted partners we can bring value and community benefit to the City.
The pub was unused and we have designed and created a lovely, well insulated space, using Air source heating, overlooking the iconic River Wear in the heart of Sunderland. It will offer respite and support to its future residents, giving them space in a quality environment which will allow them their best chance to improve their own lives and prospects.
Not only will they have their own studio apartment, they will benefit from fantastic learning spaces such as a large communal kitchen, laundry, mentoring and learning rooms.
Our ambition was to provide excellent safe accommodation, so that future residents will be able to improve their own lives and learn how to be independent and be the best they can.
