At RG Wilbrey Training, we pride ourselves on occupational competence. All our Health and Safety Trainers have muddy boots experience which augments our ongoing Continuous Professional Development. This enables our training courses to be brought to life in the classroom, with real life experiences and an understanding of the demands placed on workers within the construction industry.
Rather than typical chalk and talk style of presentation, we believe in learning through fun, and doing it differently. This is demonstrated by our site set up and task based construction scenarios. Since implementation, we have seen greater engagement and enjoyment from the learners, alongside improved pass rates, thus leading to learners demonstrating a positive and proactive approach to health and safety onsite, by removing negative connotations associated with health and safety.
