2025 marks an exceptional year for A. Perry Ltd, highlighted by the most recent award win for their SleeperSecure range -Manufacturing a new range of steel brackets designed for the installation of timber sleepers. The product quickly captured industry attention, earning widespread praise and securing two major accolades: Garden Care Product of the Year at the 2025 DIY Week Awards and Landscaping Product of the Year at Glee 2024.
These prestigious awards come at a fitting time, as 2025 marks Perry’s 100th anniversary. Founded in 1925 by Arthur Perry, the company has remained proudly family-run, now led by Arthur’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Throughout a century of growth, Perry’s has preserved its commitment to quality, innovation, and a personal approach – values that have fuelled its continued success in a highly competitive market.

Reaching such a huge milestone has also been affirmed by the company installing brand-new IT systems into its entire infrastructure, including automatic robotics warehouse to pick and pack even more efficiently. What’s more, A. Perry have recently moved into a bigger premises, allowing for far largr stock holding and creating greater efficiencies.
“10 years ago we outgrow the premises that we were in for over 50 years, so when the building next door to us became available, we purchased that and moved there, whist still keeping hold of the old building and renting it out. Our 5-year plan is to outgrow our current new premises and then merge the two sites together creating a 140,000 square foot area,” said Steve Perry, managing Director.
